Our LUMINOIR CAMDEN ART GALLERY EXHIBITION was held on 17th March 2025 hosted by our patron Damian Lewis and our CEO Debbi Clark with The Mayor of Camden Eddie Hanson OBE. This evening celebrated our children and young people’s discipline in the arts showcasing artwork and projects from HvH ARTS courses & workshops.
It also featured original signed 1/1 photographs of Helen McCrory from esteemed photographers Debbi Clark, Charlie Gray, Ray Burmiston, David Venni, Ian Derry, Matt Hind and Clive Arrowsmith. Available for purchase, all proceeds will go to the Charity.
As our late patron Helen McCrory, OBE beautifully stated:
“Picasso famously said that ‘every child is an artist’. We at the Sir Hubert von Herkomer Arts Foundation want to give every child a chance to connect with and express their inner artist, at a time when arts are being squeezed out of the mainstream curriculum. All young people need positive outlets for their energy, and the arts can help children flourish in ways other subjects cannot.”
An integral part of the evening involved having our youth ambassadors attend to talk about the importance of their work as young people at HvH ARTS giving them a voice to curate, develop and support their younger peers in the arts.
